• TOEFL iBT/TOEFL Special Home Edition: 52 (Writing 19, Speaking 14 and Listening and Reading 5)

• PTE: Overall score of 42 with 42 in Writing Communicative Skills with no other communicative skills score below 36

• Duolingo English Test: 85

• LinguaSkill: 162 (Writing 162 and no band below 154

• Application fees: 200 euro ( non-refundable)

2. Bachelor of Health Care in Nursing

• Years of study – 3.5 years

• Intake – January

Documents Required for Visa Procedure

Ø In case of application of Main Applicant (student)

• Full Passport scan - all 36 pages including the cover page

• Resume

• All Academic documents

• Work Experience Letter (if any)

• Certificate of Acceptance (OL)

• Tuition Fee receipt.

• Show money of 8400 Euros in the main applicant’s account

• A clarification of Income (bank statement 6 months old)

• Clarification on origin of funds (sponsor’s bank statement 6 months old+ other supporting documents if any).

• Income Tax return of sponsor – last 2 years

• A certificate of health insurance - coverage of 1.5 Lac euros for 1 year.

• 4 visa photos (80% face zoom on Matt paper and white background)

Ø In case of application of Spouse

• Full Passport scan - all 36 pages including the cover page

• Show money of 8400 Euros in the applicant’s (spouse) account.

• A certificate of health insurance - coverage of 1.5 Lac euros for 6 months

• Marriage certificate Apostle

Ø In case of application of Child

• Full Passport scan - all 36 pages including the cover page

• Show money of 5000 Euros in the main applicant’s (students) account.

• A certificate of health insurance - coverage of 1.5 Lac euros for 6 months

• Birth certificate Apostle

                                                   Stepwise Procedure


• Applying for a course: Upload all above mentioned documents on DG IMMIGRATION.

• The documents of the student will be assessed; in case they are well in order the student needs to make the payment of 200 euro application fees. Once the student pays the application fees, the university will schedule the admission interview via Skype within 3 weeks’ time.

• After clearing the admission interview, university sends acceptance letter within a weeks’ time.

• Upon receiving the acceptance letter, the student needs to pay the first year tuition fees directly to the university.

• As soon as student pays the fees, the university will provide the Fees payment receipt and will send a consolidated list of final applicants to “Migri”. (Migri: Finnish Immigration Service, In English, we called it “Migration Process”)

• After that student needs to submit the above-mentioned documents online as well as physically at VFS Delhi. The student has to pay 35,600 INR visa fees (approx.) + 5508 INR VFS service charge & collect the fees receipt after submitting all

Documents. The fee is paid in cash, debit, or credit card at VFS at the time of submitting all the documents.

• The application finally goes to the embassy for review; it takes 60 to 120 Days to share a Visa update. (There is no embassy interview)

• The Student has to collect a resident permit card from the Embassy in Delhi.
