a) Student has to show access to 12,000 Euros Living expense (i.e. minimum 1000 euro per month) – funds are considerable from the following sources.
i. Bank Statement (last 6 months) and Balance Certificate.
ii. Student Education Bank Loan from nationalized bank
b) ITR (last 3 years) (4, 00, 000 rupees)

Important Note
• If the living expense are shown in form of funds in savings account, than last 3 months savings account statement of the sponsor with managed fund (no large entries of funds in last three months), is required to be submitted in the file along with the balance certificate.
Stepwise Procedure
Step 1: Applying for a course: Upload all above mentioned documents on DG IMMIGRATION.
Step 2: We will assess the documents; in case they are well in order a small Skype interview will be scheduled.
Step 3: Student has to appear for Skype interview on the scheduled date & time. (Process of Skype Interview)
1. Student has to send the request to the Skype ID which is mention above
2. As the university will accept the request. Student has to message his/her Full name, Passport Number, Course Applied for
3. After interview, the University representative will provide interview result within working 24 to 36 hours.
Step 4: After clearing Skype test, university sends conditional offer letter (it takes about one week).
Step 5: After getting an offer letter student has to pay 1st year tuition fees directly to the University.
Step 6: As soon as student pays the fees, he gets an Acceptance letter within a weeks’ time.
Step 7: After getting the Acceptance letter, student needs to register an account at campus France portal - http://www.inde.campusfrance.org/en
Step 8: At the portal, student will have to follow the instructions, fill in the form & upload all documents as per the steps. After the entire application, student will receive an email from the campus France stating the date for an appointment.
Step 8a: In the meanwhile student needs to pay Campus France fees as per the instruction given at the end of all steps. The receipt of the same needs to be shared with campus France via email
Step 9: For the appointment/interview at the campus France, student will have to take 3 sets of the documents mentioned above (1 original, 2 photocopies). Here, all the documents will be verified from your originals & campus France will keep one photocopy with them
Step 9a: For the campus France Interview, student must prepare himself with his profile, future plans & the reasons why France, University, Course is selected.
Step10: Normally within two working days campus France will give the NOC to the student. In case of mismatch in any document, the particular document needs to be submitted to gain the NOC from campus France.
Step 11: Student needs to book an appointment at the
VFS – http://www.vfsfrance.co.in/scheduleanappointment.html
Step 12: On the appointment day, student needs to go with the VFS filled form & 3 sets of documents (1 original + 2 Photocopies).

Step 13: Student has to pay 4000 INR visa fees (approx.) + 1500 INR VFS service charge & collect the fees receipt after submitting all documents. The fee is paid in cash at VFS at the time of submitting all the documents.
Step 14: The application finally goes to embassy for the review; it takes 2 weeks to share a Visa update.
Step 15: After getting the Visa, student can fly to France as per the schedule after he/she makes the payment of the remaining tuition fees.

Student has to pay the Campus France fees Rs 15,500/- by cash / Online payment via credit card or Debit Card. The option for online fees payment through debit or credit card is available on the campus France website itself. And in order to pay the
