Documents for Visa Process

• Original Passport with validity of 1 year and 6 months from the date of submission of the application

• Photos

• English Language Proficiency Certificate

• Work Experience (if any)

• Long Stay Visa Application form

• Recent original Police Clearance Certificate with Apostle. The validity of Police Clearance Certificate should be not more than three (3) months from the date of submission of the application at the Visa Application Centre for Greece. The Police Clearance Certificate should be recent and duly attested:

• For India: the PCC document must be affixed with an Apostille Sticker from the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi

• For Bangladesh: the PCC document must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, Dhaka

• For Nepal: the PCC document must be attested by a) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Kathmandu and b) the Honorary Consulate of Greece in Kathmandu or the Embassy of Nepal in New Delhi

• For Sri Lanka: the PCC document must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, Colombo

• Letter of Acceptance from the University

• Accommodation Letter

• Relevant approval of operation form from the Ministry for Education in Greece of the Greek College or University that you have been accepted

• Details regarding the studies (whether courses will be conducted in Greek or English etc.)

• Proof of payment of fees Payment

• Blocked Air Ticket

• Affidavit of Sponsor

• Affidavit of Oath

• Travel insurance must be of 1 year duration (50,000 USD)

Financial Document:

a. Student has to show Rs 22,00,000(Bachelor) & 12,00,000 (Master)funds– funds are considerable from the following sources

1) Bank Statement & Balance Certificate of

3 months should be 3 months old)

2) Fixed Deposit & Fixed Deposit Certificate

3) Educational Bank loan

b. Last 3 years of Income Tax Returns of Rs 4.0 Lacks

Stepwise Process

• Step 1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to DG IMMIGRATION

• Step 2: Student will get conditional offer letter within 4-5 working days.

• Step 3: Student needs to pay Tuition fees for 1st year in the university account.

• Step 4: After that student receives unconditional offer letter.

• Step 5: After that student need to prepare the Visa file with PCC apostilled and once visa file is ready student need to book appointment at Global Visa Center World at any of the centers in India.

• Step 6: During visa file submission at GVCW, student will be guided for medical test at the below Hospital:

• Step 7: Once the student has completed Medical he will be given schedule for Interview at Delhi Embassy.

• Step 8: After clearing the interview student will get the Visa stamp and can book the flight accordingly.
