1. How much needed
- If complete tuition fees paid,
- Then only cost of living expenses for one year i.e. 12000 Euros (10, 00,000 INR approx. per year) needed to be shown for visa.
- If any amount of Tuition fees is pending to be paid,
- Student has to show (12,000 Euros Living Expense + remaining tuition fees)
2. Sponsor details
- Parents, grandparents and unmarried brother or sister can be considered as Sponsor (Maximum 2 sponsors are acceptable)
3. Form of funding
- Education Loan from any nationalized bank (Sanction letter)
- Saving Account Statement and Balance certificate from a nationalized bank. (6 months old, fund to be showed should be at least 3 months old)
Note: Liquid Funds only. Fund should be managed i.e. recent entries are not allowed and if still any recent entries are there, student need to justify that entries with valid proofs.

Stepwise Procedure
Step 1: Applying for a course: Upload all below mentioned documents on DG IMMIGRATION.
Step 2: The documents of the student will be assessed; in case they are well in order the admission interview of the student will be conducted. For this at first a telephonic interview of the student will be conducted by the Indian representative of the institute followed by a prerecorded interview link which will be conducted through easy recrue video interview platform.

Step 3: After clearing the admission interview, university sends acceptance letter within a weeks’ time.
Step 4: Upon receiving the acceptance letter, the student has to pay first year tuition fees directly to the University.
Step 5: As soon as student pays the fees, he gets a final admission letter, fees payment receipt and other visa documents within a weeks’ time.
Step 6: After getting the final Admission letter and other visa documents, student needs to register an account on campus France portal. At the portal, student will have to follow the instructions, fill in the form & upload all documents as per the required steps. - http://www.inde.campusfrance.org/en
Step 6(a): Once the entire application is submitted on the campus france portal, the file will be validated by the campus France authorities and the student will receive an email from the campus France, with the link to pay the campus france processing fees. The student has to pay the Campus France fees Rs 16,500/- by Online payment via credit card or Debit Card. The option for online fees payment through debit or credit card is available on the campus France
website itself. The receipt of the same needs to be shared with campus France via students email id. When the fee is paid, an email stating date for an appointment for interview with campus France will be received on the students email id.
Step 7: For the appointment/interview at the campus France, student will have to take 1 set of the original documents uploaded on campus France portal along with the admission documents (1 original, 1 photocopy). Here, all the documents will be verified from your originals. For the campus France Interview, student must prepare himself with his profile, future plans & the reasons why France, University, Course is selected.
Step 7(a): Normally, Campus France will give the NOC to the student immediately after the interview. In case of mismatch in any document, the particular document needs to be submitted to gain the NOC from campus France.
Step 8: Upon receiving the NOC, the student needs to prepare all the documents for visa file submission as per the attached checklist. Once the document are ready the student needs to book the appointment of the nearest VFS.

On the appointment day, student needs to go with 1 set of the original documents and 1 photocopy.
Step 8(a): Student has to pay 4000 INR visa fees (approx.) + 1500 INR VFS service charge & collect the fees receipt after submitting all documents. The fee is paid in cash at VFS at the time of submitting all the documents.
Step 9: The application finally goes to embassy for the review; it takes 2 weeks to share a Visa update.
Step 10: After getting the Visa, student can fly to France as per the schedule after he/she makes the payment of remaining tuition fees (if any).
