Stepwise Procedure

Step 1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to DG IMMIGRATION.

Step 2: student will get an offer letter after submitting application within 8 to 10 working days.

Step 3: Student has to appear for Video Interview if they applied with MOI letter.

Step 4: The student has to pay a 1000 EUR deposit & has to select the payment method for remaining fees.

Step 5: Once the deposit payment received by University, student will get acceptance letter from the University.

Step 6: After paying fees and getting an acceptance letter student has to take the visa appointment only by writing an email to [email protected]

Step 7: The student should receive an interview date as a reply from the ‘German Consulate’.

Step8: After that student needs to submit the visa file at VFS for the visa File Submission at the VFS office student must carry 2 sets of the above-mentioned documents (1 original + 1 photocopy). At VFS student has to pay visa fees + VFS service charges. (As per VFS).

Step9: The student will receive a reply from the consulate within 4-5 weeks.

Step10: Student has to pay remain fees according to the invoice before arriving on campus in approx. 6 weeks before study starts.

Step11: Student can book the tickets according to the course start date.
