English Language Requirement:-

• MOI Letter must be enhanced by a Duo lingo test with an overall score of 95+ (PG and UG) and 75+ (International Route) if the student has graduated within the last 5 years.

• MOI Letter not accepted as proof of English proficiency for the applicants who graduated more than 5 years ago. Students have to submit IELTS 6.0 band not less than 5.5 or equivalent PTE.

• Who can apply: - 12th Pass with a relevant stream with a minimum of 60% can apply.

Note:

• The student with less than 60% in his last academics can still get Admission to the Foundation

Programme.

• The Foundation course is a one-year Programme and the tuition fee for the foundation course is 6500

Euro.

• Post this Programme the student can enroll in the selected bachelor’s Course.

• University will provide Scholarships according to the below mentioned criteria for the bachelor’s

2. Documents needed while applying for VISA.

• Checklist of documents.

• Visa filled form

• Covering Letter

• All original documents academics.

• TT original copy.

• Original Offer letter from the university.

• Health insurance.

• Original block account letter

• 6200/- INR + Logistics Charges 1637/- INR visa consulate fees.

3. Mode of Payment at VFS.

• Cash,

• Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Rupay

• Demand Draft (in favor of VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd)

Stepwise Procedure

Step 1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to DG IMMIGRTION.

Step 2: If the application gets approved university will issue the offer letter within working 4 working days.

Step 3: After receiving the offer letter student is required to pay a Small deposit of €2,000 (as part of the course fees) to confirm a spot in the upcoming intake. (It will be deducted from the fees).

Step 4: Once the student pay the deposit student will get an acceptance letter.

Step 5: After paying fees student has to take the visa appointment only by writing an email to [email protected]

Step 6: Student should receive an interview date as a reply from the ‘German consulate’

Step 7: Upon receipt of a signed letter of acceptance and deposit of payment student will receive a complimentary visa preparatory session for which the student will get enough information then the student has to go for an interview on the appointed date.

Step 8: For the visa File Submission at the VFS office student must carry 2 sets of the above-mentioned documents (1 original + 1 photocopy). At VFS student has to pay 6200+1637 INR, visa fees + VFS service charges. (As per VFS). After VFS submission student might get a call or interview for an Embassy interview.

Step 9: If no interview is needed, the student will receive a reply from the consulate within 6-7 weeks.

Step 10: Student has to pay remain fees according to invoice after visa arrival.

Step 11: Student needs to fly according to the flight tickets.
