Stepwise Procedure

Step 1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to: DG IMMIGRATION.

Step 2: If the application gets approved student needs to pay 90 euro application fees to the university account.

Step 3: Once student pay the application fees,

For Bachelors: - Student is required to clear online mathematics, English test & personal interview.

Masters: - Student will receive topic for case study after which the student has to thoroughly analyze the case. Student is required to clear group discuss & interview based on case study.

For MBA: - Student has to appear for university interview.

Step 4: After completing above mentioned process student will get offer letter

Step 5: Student has to pay 6000 EUR deposit as per offer letter of university

Step 6: Student has to sign letter of offer letter and send it back to agent.

Step 7: Once student pay the deposit student will get acceptance letter

Step 8: After paying fees and getting acceptance letter student has to take the visa appointment only by writing an email to [email protected]

Step 9: Student should receive an interview date as a reply from the ‘German Consulate’

Step 10: After that student need to submit visa file at VFS for the visa File Submission at VFS office student must carry 2 sets of above mentioned documents (1 original + 1 photo copy). At VFS student has to pay visa fees + VFS service charges. (As per VFS)

Step 11: Student will receive a reply from the consulate within 4-5 weeks’ time

Step 12: Student has to pay remain fees according to invoice before arriving to campus in approx. 6 weeks prior to study start.
