Stepwise Procedure

Step1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to DG IMMIGRATION.

Step 2: After the documents are assessed, student will have to appear for Skype Interview with IUBH university officer within 3-4 days.

Step 3: After completing Skype interview student will get offer letter and invoice.

Step 4: Student has to pay 3000 EUR deposit as per offer letter of

university (Deposit will be deducted from first tuition fee invoice)

Step 5: Send the signed offer letter back to us along the deposit payment Confirmation.

Step 6: Acceptance letter will be issued on the receipt of deposit amount payment and signed offer letter

Step 7: After receiving acceptance letter student has to take the visa appointment only by writing an email to [email protected]

Step 8: Student should receive a VFS appointment from the German consulate as a reply from the ‘German Consulate’

Step 9: Meanwhile student will receive complimentary visa preparatory session for which student will get enough information from the IUBH university officer (he will guide student for visa interview through Skype or telephone). Then student has to go for visa file submission on appointed date

Step 10: For the visa File Submission at VFS office student must carry 2 sets of abovementioned documents (1 original + 1 photo copy). At VFS student has to pay6200+1637 INR, visa fees + VFS service charges. After VFS student might get an call or interview for Embassy interview.

Step 11: If no interview needed, student will directly receive reply regarding visa

Result from the consulate within 4-5 weeks’ time.

Step 12: Once Visa is approved, student has to pay remaining fees according to

Invoice before arriving to campus in approx. 6 weeks prior to study start.

Step 13: Student needs to fly according to the flight tickets.
