Stepwise Procedure

• Step 1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to: DG IMMIGRATION.

• Step 2: student will have make payment of 50 euro upon submission of the application Documents if the application gets approved student will have telephonic or Skype Interview with NEC university officer.

• Step 3: After completing Skype interview student will get offer letter.

• Step 4: After getting offer letter Student has to make payment of deposit of 3000 Euro and 950 enrollment fees to university bank account and has to send signed offer letter his side

• Step 5: After paying 3000 Euro student will get Acceptance letter from University

• Step 6: visa appointment should booked by writing an email to

[email protected] ….In reply student should receive an interview Date as a reply from the ‘German consulate’

• Step 7: After booking the date student has to pay remaining fees to university to get tuition Contract from university side.

• Step 8: Upon receipt of letter of acceptance and payment of fees student will receive Complimentary visa preparatory session for which student will get enough Information from the (NEC university officer he will guide student for visa Interview through Skype or telephone).Then student has to go for interview on Appointed date.

• Step 9: Student will receive a result from the consulate within 3-4 weeks’ time.
