1. Documents required while applying for a course:

• All academic documents

• Photocopy of passport (front and back page)

• Language proficiency test results (IELTS 6.0 or above ) or MOI letter

• Professional passport size photograph with good resolution (as Jpeg, Gif, PNG, Tiff, etc. titled)

• CV

• SOP

• School leaving certificate and copies of complete transcript.

• Portfolio for the courses of Arts & Design

2. Documents needed while applying for VISA.

• Checklist of documents.

• Visa filled form

• Covering Letter

• All original documents academics.

• TT original copy.

• Original Offer letter from the university.

• Health insurance.

• Original block account letter

• 6200/- INR + Logistics Charges 1637/- INR visa consulate fees.

Mode of Payment at VFS:

• Cash

• Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Rupay

• Demand Draft (in favor of VFS Global Services Pvt. Ltd)

Stepwise Procedure

Step 1: Submit all academic docs with passport copy to DG IMMIGRATION

Step 2: If the application gets approved and the student has applied based on MOI student need to give the EF SET exam

Step 3: If a student passes the EF Set Exam,

• Step 3a:- For students of Business/Sports, Media & Event needs to clear Admission Test, Admission interview & Master Questionnaire (Only for Master students)

• Step 3b:- For students of Art & Design needs to submit Portfolio Questionnaire (15-20 DESIGN PROJECTS) & Admission interview

Step 4: After completing above mentioned process student will get an offer letter

Step 5: The student has to pay a 2000 EUROS deposit as per the offer letter of the university. (Deposit will be deducted from first tuition fee invoice)

Step 6: The student has to sign a letter of the offer and send it back to the agent.

Step 7: Once the student pay the deposit student will get an acceptance letter.

Step 8: After paying fees and getting an acceptance letter student has to take the visa appointment only by writing an email to [email protected]

Step 9: The student should receive an interview date as a reply from the ‘German Consulate’.

Step 10: After that student needs to submit the visa file at VFS for the visa File Submission at the VFS office student must carry 2 sets of the above-mentioned documents (1original + 1photocopy). At VFS student has to pay visa fees + VFS service charges. (As per VFS).

Step 11: The student will receive a reply from the consulate within 4-5 weeks.

Step 12: Student has to pay remain fees according to the invoice before arriving on campus in approx. 6 weeks before study starts.

Step 13: Student needs to fly according to the flight tickets.
